I am Nóri Kárpáti / Noya! – personal trainer.

My mission is to make the joy of movement and the power of a conscious lifestyle accessible to everyone. As a coach and therapist, I believe that enthusiasm and consistent effort bring results at any age – I help people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own skin.

Movement and sport have always been at the heart of my life. As a child, football, climbing trees, playing by the stream, and cycling on cross tracks helped channel my boundless energy. During my school years, I attended a sports-focused class. I tried a wide variety of activities: jazz ballet, tennis, table tennis, pentathlon, and later competitive handball as part of the Szentendre Women’s Team, where, as a left-hander, I played both pivot and wing.

Running became my way to stay fit, but in 2006 I discovered Thai boxing – and it soon became a true passion. It taught me discipline, focus, self-control, and resilience. Over the years, I have completed training in Thai and Swedish massage, chiropractic, and therapeutic massage, enabling me to support my clients not only through training but also with physical recovery and wellbeing.

In 2008, I earned a Sports Animator certification at Fitness Company, followed by a Fight Instructor qualification. From then on, alongside personal training, I began leading regular group sessions. This was the realisation of a childhood dream: becoming a coach and dedicating my life to what I genuinely love.

In 2013, I discovered a new passion – road cycling. The long endurance rides reshaped both my body and spirit: I experienced what it means to pedal for hours, conquer challenging climbs, and enjoy the reward of breathtaking views from the top.

For me, variety in sport creates balance. Strength training, outdoor running, and regular yoga practice are equally important, together bringing both physical and mental harmony. I firmly believe that age is never a barrier when it comes to movement – only enthusiasm and commitment matter. Ultimately, no one can do it for us: we must take action ourselves to feel truly good in our own skin.

If you’d like to exercise in a place where the focus is truly on you, I warmly welcome you to V Fit Studio!
